General Policy
All payments made to Abate Wellness for services, sessions, packages, or memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require advance notice.

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session.
Packages & Memberships

All packages and memberships must be used within the designated time period, if applicable.

Unused sessions will not be refunded or transferred.
Workshops & Events

All workshop and event purchases are final.

If you are unable to attend, your spot may be forfeited unless otherwise stated.
Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

In the case of injury or medical conditions that prevent participation, please contact us directly. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion with appropriate documentation.
