ABATE
As a personal trainer and a private yoga instructor, she teaches proper techniques and functional training that helps clients understand their bodies and builds confidence through mindful practice. While also holding ACE certified personal trainer and Group Fitness Instructor credentials.

Andrea’s wellness journey began in her youth as a gymnast, continued through years of playing volleyball, and included time as an athletic trainer during high school. Since 2018, she has been teaching yoga as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
